Whitney Lucas

Whitney's yoga practice was born out of the desire to find an active outlet – it did not take long for her to realize that yoga provides a space to explore one's self beyond the physical asanas. She completed her 200-hour YTT to deepen her own practice and share it with others. As a teacher, she has a goal to create a space for yogis to explore their practice and tap into their potential, both on and off the mat.

Her classes typically consist of a fun, challenging vinyasa flows with an emphasis on breath work. She has a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and loves to incorporate education into classes by providing helpful cues to ensure a safe practice. Off the mat, she loves spending time with family and meeting new people.
