In-Studio Stretch and Restore* Description
Something different! Enjoy a yoga practice that combines “Yin” style active and passive stretching with supportive restorative poses. This class will strengthen and renew your joints and tissues around the hips, pelvis, and spine while allowing you to connect with your breath and body for a deep stretch, relaxation, and restoration. This class will offer longer holds and finish with a full 8+minute savasana for a beautiful integration of the practice. Leave with a feeling of deep relaxation and restored energy.
